Located in Charlesbourg, Quebec, this microbrewery is known for emphasizing the quality of its beers, paired with artisanal pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven imported from Italy.

Tasted by Innomalt

What could be more romantic than brewers tackling the great classic styles using truly local ingredients?

In this case, alongside Innomalt malts, they selected Riel hops, a variety native to Canada. A reminder that honoring tradition can also mean celebrating local terroir. Wonderful.
